The Regis Players wish at all times to respect the privacy of those with whom we come into contact and will only publish details or photographs of our cast, members and friends with their explicit permission. At the same time, we request that anyone wanting to reuse or disseminate any material found on our site should first obtain written permission from one of the officers of the Society whose contact details are available in the Contact section of the website.

Personal data is primarily name and address, landline and/or mobile numbers, email address, subscription details past shows of the society that the person has contributed to.

4. Sharing your personal data
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and your contact details, specific interests and previous participation will be shared only with the director and or producer of a show so that they can keep you informed about read-throughs, auditions, rehearsals of shows to be staged by The Regis Players.
5. How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep data for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 and this may mean that we will retain your contact details indefinitely while The Regis Players is in existence unless you request that they be deleted from our records.

Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data: -
The right to request a copy of your personal data which The Regis Players holds about you;
The right to request that The Regis Players corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;

The right to request that the data controller provide the data subject with his/her personal data and where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller, (known as the right to data portability);
